DANCING
(A way to Escape from the world)
When you dance you challenge your mind and stimulate the conectivity of the brain. Unlike other ways of exercise in dancing there is not age barrier. Dancing is a great way to people of all ages in order to be fit, have fun, and it also helps our health.
What kind of music should I dance?
♥ There are many ways of dancing. Jazz, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Hip Hop, etc. They are the different types of music. You could be interested in one of these, but the most important thing is that you find the type of music you are willing to Learn about in your process as a dancer.
Some of The Most Important Elements:
*Choreography: The art to create dances. The person that makes the coreography, is known as "Choreographer". The dance can be with a determined number of dancers, from solitaire, in couples or groups, but the number will depend on the dance that will be done and also on the objective, and in other cases, on the idea of the choreographer.
*Momentum of Movement: This quality has always been with us as a quality of the human being when dancing. It is the capacity to intensify the movement so we can express with our body and gestures.
*Movement: It is basically all. It helps us to have a clue of ourselves better than before. And It also helps us to get on with the song´s rhythm.
*Time♦: Is the lapse of time you are using in each step. It can be short, long, adagio, piano, allegro , etc.
To Remember:
♪♫ In order to be a Dancer, Think if it is what you are wanting to be. You will need passion and patience to dance simply as a hobby or to be proffessional. If you dont know how to do it, take a risk and have a go! :)
♪♫Look for Orientation. Watch music videos, buy videos with dance lessons, read instructions of dancing in books or in internet.
♪♫Practice. It is very important to practice, in order to improve. Before this, and before of being in a Dance academy, if you want to know how you are dancing, you could do an exam, and test your skills, and if you are not good enough you can learn.

I started to dance since I was a child. I used to dance with my family, and my father taught me how to hear music in the right way, and I always Liked the way it could make me really happy. I havent been in a dance academy before, due to I havent thought It was really what was missing in my life. Now, I have been going to different academies looking for one which can give me the happiness to learn more. Moreover, my family have been standing me for this, and I love dancing every day more because, as the tittle says, It is a way to escape from real world♥

→ Personally, It is different from the other activities mentioned here. Dancing is a stronger exercise than singing. Also, Its is more creative than acting and singing when you are needing to do new dance steps. On the other hand, Dancing Lessons can be, in some cases, less cheaper than singing lessons. But for me, dancing is the best activity of all of the activities mentioned here (For those who share the same opinion as me).
